01 / OUR STORY
WITUSKI is grounded in more than 15 years of experience, mainly in production, across different roles. The companies changed. One problem kept returning: a gap in communication between the people doing the work and those making decisions.
An operator’s knowledge matters.
It should reach the people making decisions.
Operators see the process up close. They know what gets in the way and where problems arise. But their perspective does not always reach management. In the founder’s experience, decisions were too often made without hearing from the people closest to the process.
This inspired tools that help make work visible at every level of production. An observation from a workstation can become information for the team, and then the basis for an informed decision. This belief became the foundation of WITUSKI.
WARSTAT is the first application of this idea: an app connecting information about orders, machines and people. It aims to support conversations based on a shared view of production. WITUSKI will develop further applications with the same attention to everyday work and its real needs.
